“The store was clean. The parking was easy, and I just stopped in to grab some meat. My friend said nobody beat their meat at Price chopper market 32 prices seem slightly higher than other places, but the quality seemed good and was in and out fairly quickly we shall see if the meat is as good as she says dinner is not far off.”

“I have had nothing but great experiences on a weekly basis. I have witnessed many customers being rude. Every business everywhere is struggling to find competent staff that sticks around! This EXTREMELY busy store, like almost every other pharmacy is trying to accommodate too many customers, too many prescriptions, to many special requests, while being under pressure from CVS corporate. Empathy, compassion and perception might apply to most complainers. I'm grateful this resource is available in this highly trafficked area. COVID has changed everything - perhaps you might want to put yourself in their shoes.”

“I was there shopping last night for pharmacy and store around 9 o'clock and I didn't know that they were closing at that time. But the lady at the drive-through waiting on me anyway it was very courteous and gracious. Then I went into the store not knowing that they were closing. I was offered assistance by a gracious lady who even bagged my items at the self check out while i finished the transaction. It was only after I overheard one of the workers mention this to another, that I called to find out their hours after I got out in my car. I found out that indeed they closed at 9 o'clock. I thought the lady was pretty fantastic and super friendly, also wishing me a Merry Christmas. Well done and thank you CVS!”

“I Love and admire the very personable and professional manner of ALL the staff here and very rarely do I have any problem with all the different meds I'm currently on, 10+. The other day I was running late for my RSV shot and was pleasantly surprised and once again very impressed and relieved when I talked to a staff member, probably one of the many highly skilled pharmacists there, and she informed me that I could stop by on my way home from Albany. Once I got there and back by the pharmacy I was courteously met and directed by the cashier, who was simultaneously working with another customer, to wait by the red chairs. The pharmacist was there within minutes to painlessly give me the shot and to answer all my questions so I was in and out of the store probably under ten minutes tops. So hats off to the staff and I consider myself lucky to have such a good pharmacy by me. Thank you very much!”

“The pharmacy located at this location is like no other. When scheduled for my recent flu vaccine, I witnessed some unfriendly customers approaching the team in the pharmacy. I felt like the team members handled the customers with respect, a quick response, and poise, even after the client was highly disrespectful to them. Having to work through the pandemic, and now flu season is not an easy task and I felt like the pharmacy employees were handling it with ease and made my visit very comfortable. Kudos to the pharmacists and team at this location!”

And it’s a vicious cycle because it causes burnout and people leave, making the understaffed situation more dire. I find the pharmacy crew to be awesome and helpful and they do the best they can!”

“The cashier who checked me out was one of the nicest people I’ve encountered in quite some time. My receipt says her name was Serena. Because I was waiting for my husband to pick me up after my Covid shot, I had occasion to browse about the store for about 45 minutes. In that time I saw the kind and very-patient Serena help several customers find what they were looking for. She had no problem taking them directly to the spot where the item was located. She knew where everything was! She was kind to the seniors and friendly to all. Thank you to Serena for restoring my faith in humanity!”
