“I had opened a Citibank account with Jenny over a decade ago and totally forgot that I had this account. I had recently moved and failed to update the address on the Citibank account. Due to inactivity, my checking account which had over $4K was closed as abandoned property and funds were transferred to the State. I was provided information to claim with NYS abandon property. Just to confirm if this is the case, I immediately contacted Jenny who found out that the funds were still with Citibank. Jenny provided detailed instructions on what I need to do and the exact form that I need to fill out in order to recover the funds. Jenny is truly a professional with a great attitude who excels at her job and provides excellent customer service.”

“I have not been inside to see how helpful the tellers and other banking personal are but I do frequent the ATMs often. I feel safe coming here, even at odd hours in the night. There are 2 ATMs indoors with cameras, usually there are short/no lines and it is directly off Queens Blvd.”
“It's downstairs on the lower level, I didn't know and am surprised. There are 2 ATM's, you can make deposits as well. I didn't experience any issues.”

“ive been with citibank 3.5 decades now, it saddened me reading the not so good reviews about this place. I felt sorry for those depositors who claimed about waiting for a long time in line, and for me it's same experience in any other banks.I find banking now easy, you can do a lot of transactions through your mobile phone at home, and if you need to talk with a specific representative, all you need is to make an appointment, quick and easy you're out of the bank. Thank you Yelitza in particular for the help and answered inquiries every time i showed up do some transactions. Also last year , i accidentally left my card and you stayed for me to pick it up because i'm flying the fallowing day. I appreciate it so much. Thank you again.”
“It is kinda confusing because in the photos it says HSBC bank but fortunately it is citizens banks anyway the staff is polite and they help you with your questions.”

“Very clean and modern looking. There is someone that greets you upon entering. No line when I went which is good. The two branches in Main street are like a zoo. If you need Chinese speaking teller, I am not sure if this is a good branch. The only cons is that there they don't provide parking. Recommended if you don't want to spend 1 hour on line on the Mainstreet branches during an pandemic.”
