Every person has been outstanding. They always take an interest with my concerns and investigate my issues. They are very accessible in person and via email.The staff is very professional, helpful, and attentive. As a result of my experience since September, I have moved many of my accounts from other institutions to Bank of America.I have accounts at four other institutions, however, my experience at this branch is far superior to all the others.”
