“Friendly, professional service from the moment you walk in the door. I always look forward to visits to "my little bank" right by the harbor. We have our personal and business accounts here. Extra bonus: stopping by the fantastic bakery next door afterwards! Even bigger issues are resolved. Take the time my debit card got stuck in an ATM in Istanbul, resulting in thousands of dollars of charges to other accounts. No one ever figured out how that happened- they'd never seen anything like it before! Nancy and the folks at Port Jeff Peoples United worked with me to fill out the proper forms and see them through so that I saw every penny- INCLUDING the foreign transaction fees- returned to my account. What a relief. I was happy to talk to the same friendly folks at the branch every time instead of having to explain the story again and again.”

“As I've officially made the switch of my day-to-day banking needs to Chase, this has steadfastly become my home branch per se, and they are always very friendly and helpful. It isn't packed and you can almost always get in and out without having to wait on line. This exact reason is what makes this location a great success. Shaina, one of the Financial Services consultants in the cubicles on the right, is extremely helpful and goes out of her way to ensure that whatever you need, is executed. The switch from Citi to Chase wasn't pain-free with lots of shenanigans with account information being messed up, ATM cards not showing up, etc...you get the drift. So far, I'm a happy Chase customer thanks in part to this particular branch”

However, Angelena at the Port Jeff Sta branch has been nothing but amazing in staying proactive and getting everything resolved as like she's my personal financial assistant. This level of service is awesome and thus I felt the need to give this branch a 4 star update...too bad I'm moving my "day 2 day" financial needs to Chase.”
