“I have been living in this building for almost 2 years now and I want to say this is the best apartment building in Stamford. And what makes it best is not just the amenities offered , or the apartments itself, it’s the responsiveness of the management. The management here is so good, and the take care of anything raised promptly.

Also they take care of the building so well. Everything is updated/ renovated timely making the building look always new.

And our building engineer Miguel is the highlight of this building. He is extremely helpful and is always just a call away for anything we need to get fixed or for any of our question's or concerns. would give one extra star for him. :)) .”

I am a newer resident and have found this place to be a fantastic home due to everything from the building amenities to the friendly staff/residents that reside here. It is the perfect amount of quiet while being so close to downtown Stamford to get some noise when needed. “This was my first place of stay in Stamford from 2023-2024. It was great to live in this apartment considering the cleanliness, maintenance, prompt response to any issues. Ashley(Manager) is a wonderful person and she will take care of you in the best most possible way possible. She's understanding, considerate and highly approachable to your requests all the time. I got to give a special shout out to Jason and team(maintenance) who are incredibly professional and excellent in their work. Our parking was an issue in the early days but then navirano and Ashley sorted it out with issue of new passes. I highly recommend this place for your safe stay, close to downtown and to a lively and vibrant neighborhood. Thanks to everyone who has made my stay the happiest at Bedford Hall.”

“There was a terrible smell when I ran the hot water and the hot water heater was exchanged. That night, I had no hot water. The next day they came and immediately rectified it. They came back again later that same day to make sure I had hot water. All in all, they were attentive and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently!”

“I picked up my key to move in literally the day after the transfer of ownership. In fact, my lease was an Avalon lease. Tomorrow I'll be signing my first Fairfield lease. I love this place. I'm honestly pretty shocked at the other reviews on here because I think it's great. I did live in a terrible place before so this is a huge upgrade for me, but I just don't understand why this place is getting so much hate.I love John and Sylvia in concierge. They're so amazing and sweet and extremely helpful. Guy in the south building is so awesome too.My husband and I can barely afford this place, but we're so happy to be here.Yes, there's a lot of construction all the time, but it's only because they're renovating each apartment between tenants. They're working on making this place so modern and beautiful. I have one of the older apartments and I still think it's really nice. There's great soundproofing between the apartments and I LOVE the new keyless Latch lock system they've added.There are only two things that bother me, one being that quite a bit of noise comes through the windows from the street. The other is that we pay an amenity fee every month, but then there's a fee on top of that if we actually want to use them (this doesn't include the fitness room or pool - no extra fee for those). There's a little lounge in the North building that I wanted to reserve for my husband and I and 2 friends; the cost would have been $350! That just seems crazy to me.Those are the only complaints I have though. This place really feels like home to us and we're really happy to be here. <3”

“The amenities are good - gym, pool, etc - never had an issue with those. The maintenance team is very prompt when resolving issues. The overall building is in good condition, although I'll say the garage door breaks semi frequently. I've never had any issues with the two units I've lived in and they're good quality. The current leasing staff is friendly but disorganized, honestly you get that with any company managed building though. The building is in a great part of town, free street side parking for guests if visitor spots fill up and its a 10 minute walk to downtown. Overall a decent livable experience & I would recommend it.”

“I love living here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love having a pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room right on site. I love being right near the train station and right in the middle of White Plains. Everything is so walkable.”

“I just have to say how amazing Cristian Garcia is. He is an exceptional maintenance supervisor. He is a smart and efficient problem solver. I always find him pleasant and super responsive! He never disappoints and is always happy to help out. He and his team always follow through!. From Jonathan to Julian they are pretty awesome too! It says a lot when you see the folks behind the scenes keeping this place humming and are always with a smile. We are so very fortunate to have such a wonderful team of professionals. “I dropped into Vault Apartments leasing office without notice and also at the end of the day. The person at the reception was very kind and asked the leasing office if I could still come in. Donnella McRae was more than happy to get my information and quickly set up a tour of the building and available units for the following day. She made the whole apartment hunting process easy and stress-free. On-top of having a wonderful, fun and bubbly personality she was also very professional. It is really great to see someone who seems to really enjoy their job and also goes above and beyond with their customer service. Thank you Donnella!”

“I'm signing my lease for my third year here and can't say enough about the building! My apartment is a true 1 bedroom with a great amount of space and natural light. The staff are very nice and responsive whenever anything is needed. The location is also great as the building is walking distance to the main strip of bars and restaurants as well as the library and a Target!”

“The Management and otherstaff are friendly and kind. I love the ambience of the place which I love to experience whenever I return from the bustle of work. However, I do have a serious issue with their electricity billing. I get billed the same amount (quite high) even if Im out of town or not. This is something they need to resolve.”

“Highly recommend looking at TGM Anchor Point if you are moving to Stamford! We loved the location, it is not often you get a retreat from the city while also still being very close to downtown. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and those that live in the building seem happy to be there, we immediately felt like it was a community and not just an apartment building. The apartments themselves are nice and the amenities are among the best offered in the area!”

“We lived at the village for 4 years. Although it may not be the flashiest apartment complex in Stamford, what attracted us was its affordability, size of the apartments, and great location right in the middle of downtown. Management is OK. Not always the most responsive or helpful, however I didn't have any significant issues while living there. Residents are generally respectful, and noise complaints are addressed appropriately. The gym is a nice bonus. The package room is a bit of a disaster at times. When you move out, they really expect you to clean the apartment impeccably, despite the fact that they send in a professional cleaning crew after you leave. We got a surprising fee for forgetting to wipe down the inside of the medicine cabinet, a job that takes two seconds. Overall in the end, the village served our purpose and we lived there very happily.”

“I been leaving at the wescott for 5 years.The building has changed a lot for the last past two years ,Seen Myla been at the building manager and Zev the assistant manager. The maintenance staff are super great. The cleaning ladies work so hard to keep the building nice and clean.I highly recommend to stop by at the wescott and speak to Jerry he is great with his job !!! And the most important great concierge service.”

“Continuum experience: 1 month, I will update again in 6 months. I just feel bad when people only give bad reviews. I got really skeptical due to them and almost ended up not moving, thank god I moved.Three things: there’s maintenance, leasing office and concierge1. Maintenance is 10/10, the maintenance staff is so sweet and efficient. If you call them or put in the request in app they’ll come by the night or the next morning and if it’s an emergency they’ll come asap. I have called them 6-8 times by now, love Mike 2. Concierge 9/10 which is pretty good. If your package is delivered in the day you will be able to collect it by night and if you get your package is at night, you should be able to collect it the next day.3. Leasing office is decent enough, my key stopped working and it fixed the issue asap. No further encounters. However, they are not the best with communication over phone/e-mails, it was impossible to reach them. Caused me inconvenience before the move but once moved in you can always just go down and they’ll fix your problem.Building: I personally love it so far. I have not used the amenities yet as I am extremely busy but I plan on shooting some videos once I am free. “I’ve been here for almost 3 years and I really love it here it’s such a kid friendly area I have great neighbors and maintenance comes in asap whenever I put in a maintenance request. Office staff is also very friendly ( if you treat them with respect, you’ll be treated with respect also) I’m really happy here and hopefully my next renewal id love to up grade to a 3 bedroom apartment.”
