“Overall great place to stay. Brian does a great job managing the property. Clean, well built apartments that are ran really well. Fast response on service issues and any other issues.You will need to get your FOB updated once a year, but it usually isn't a problem.Parking is a little tight but there is always a spot.”

“There was a terrible smell when I ran the hot water and the hot water heater was exchanged. That night, I had no hot water. The next day they came and immediately rectified it. They came back again later that same day to make sure I had hot water. All in all, they were attentive and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently!”

“I dropped into Vault Apartments leasing office without notice and also at the end of the day. The person at the reception was very kind and asked the leasing office if I could still come in. Donnella McRae was more than happy to get my information and quickly set up a tour of the building and available units for the following day. She made the whole apartment hunting process easy and stress-free. On-top of having a wonderful, fun and bubbly personality she was also very professional. It is really great to see someone who seems to really enjoy their job and also goes above and beyond with their customer service. Thank you Donnella!”

“During a year of Covid, I had the pleasure of renting an apartment at Verano. I commuted to NYC for work beginning last November and the location and convenience was wonderful. The management and staff made me feel welcome and home. Grounds and building were very nice, attention to needs was wonderful and customer service spot on. As covid hit and many of us were away, the management and staff were focused on our safety and health, while maintaining a nice community. I recommend Tania, staff and the building to anyone.”

“I'm signing my lease for my third year here and can't say enough about the building! My apartment is a true 1 bedroom with a great amount of space and natural light. The staff are very nice and responsive whenever anything is needed. The location is also great as the building is walking distance to the main strip of bars and restaurants as well as the library and a Target!”

“We lived at the village for 4 years. Although it may not be the flashiest apartment complex in Stamford, what attracted us was its affordability, size of the apartments, and great location right in the middle of downtown. Management is OK. Not always the most responsive or helpful, however I didn't have any significant issues while living there. Residents are generally respectful, and noise complaints are addressed appropriately. The gym is a nice bonus. The package room is a bit of a disaster at times. When you move out, they really expect you to clean the apartment impeccably, despite the fact that they send in a professional cleaning crew after you leave. We got a surprising fee for forgetting to wipe down the inside of the medicine cabinet, a job that takes two seconds. Overall in the end, the village served our purpose and we lived there very happily.”

“Highly recommend looking at TGM Anchor Point if you are moving to Stamford! We loved the location, it is not often you get a retreat from the city while also still being very close to downtown. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and those that live in the building seem happy to be there, we immediately felt like it was a community and not just an apartment building. The apartments themselves are nice and the amenities are among the best offered in the area!”

“I been leaving at the wescott for 5 years.The building has changed a lot for the last past two years ,Seen Myla been at the building manager and Zev the assistant manager. The maintenance staff are super great. The cleaning ladies work so hard to keep the building nice and clean.I highly recommend to stop by at the wescott and speak to Jerry he is great with his job !!! And the most important great concierge service.”

“I’ve been here for almost 3 years and I really love it here it’s such a kid friendly area I have great neighbors and maintenance comes in asap whenever I put in a maintenance request. Office staff is also very friendly ( if you treat them with respect, you’ll be treated with respect also) I’m really happy here and hopefully my next renewal id love to up grade to a 3 bedroom apartment.”

“Living there was peaceful 99% of the time. They recently done some improvements to the place, looks very good. There are things management can control and others residents need to control individually. So, when there are some mess, it's the residents not the management. Also, the place is kept clean. Dianne, the manager is working hard to get the place looking great, ensure that residents adhere to the policies and safe for all. They have a small gym, bowling section, and Pool etc. I enjoyed most of my time there and it's very close to down town and shopping. I love mostly the peace and quiet and the area is very beautiful and relatively safe. I love the maintenance crew, they work tirelessly, and as quickly as they can. They are very respectful, pleasant and treated me great. Elevator is an issue sometimes.”

“I just have to say how amazing Cristian Garcia is. He is an exceptional maintenance supervisor. He is a smart and efficient problem solver. I always find him pleasant and super responsive! He never disappoints and is always happy to help out. He and his team always follow through!. From Jonathan to Julian they are pretty awesome too! It says a lot when you see the folks behind the scenes keeping this place humming and are always with a smile. We are so very fortunate to have such a wonderful team of professionals. Meriem and Alyssa are amazing too. Always service with a smile - even the cleaning folks are super sweet and helpful! AJH Mgmt I hope you treat this team well as they deserve it! It is hard to find good honest and trustworthy people and it looks like you have them all in one place!!! Thank you all for all the good work you do!! I certainly appreciate you guys!! YOU ALL ROCK!!”
