They reassured that with my foot size being "between size" they will fit. The fit was perfect. I was also missing an item and when reported, it was mailed out the next day and was mailed with 4day service.I appreciate service like this.”
“I would highly recommend this store. Our son decided he was going to start playing lacrosse last minute and ended up being goalie on top of it..... we know absolutely nothing about lacrosse. The gentelman we spoke with in the store, i believe his name was Jim, was absolutely fantastic. He took his time explaining the different equipment , and sizing our son. Although , we did not purchase anything this time there ( we received hand me down equipment from some friends) i will absolutly be going back there when it is time for new equipment and upgrades!”
“I walked into the store (Smith Haven Mall) and was greeted by a person who said hello and welcomed me. Two seconds lady a woman came over to help me . (amazing now a days)I explained that I needed a jacket for a trip to Ireland. She then called another associate over because she was more knowledgable about raincoats. Her name was Stephanie and not only did she "know her raincoats" she listened to my needs and had some immediate choices. She had just been there herself and it was lovely speaking with her. She helped me pick the perfect jacket! The cashiers were even very friendly. I now also have an LLBEAN credit card. It is so rare now a days to get such personal service. You have a great store with some wonderful associates, especially Stephanie.”

“I originally went to Tractor Supply today to ensure a gate that I had purchased would be in on time (today) but when I went to the store, I was told that there was a shipping delay and the gate would not arrive for two more weeks. While I am very annoyed at that news, I have to say that the managers John and Lorraine were extremely kind, understanding and did everything they could to make a bad situation just a little better. I appreciate them for their kindness and understanding.”

“Needed a new rod and reel, something lightweight for the weakfish my buddies have been catching. I went to this shop for the first time on Saturday and asked the guy behind the counter for some help picking a rod out. He was great! He showed me a nice selection of rods in different prices, and explained to me the benefits of each one. When we got to the reels, Bill showed me a few different ones at different prices and again showed off each one. I had no idea you had to fish this way for weakfish, no wonder I’ve been having such a hard time! Just wanted to say thanks to Bill for getting me set up with the right gear, including lures and bait. He even told me a few spots to try! Came home that night with dinner for the family. Love this shop and I’m a new forever customer.”
