OWNER NICE GUY BUT HAD REEL SERVICED FOR $40 BAIL NEVER FIXED WAS TOLD IT WAS A MANUAL BAIL ONLY TO CONFIRM WITH MFG WAS ALWAYS AN AUTOMATIC AS I EXPECTED . A PHONE CALL BACK PRIOR TO REPAIR TO DICUSS REPAIR OPTIONS WOULD HAVE BEEN APPROPIATE.

His son Bill has 25 years experience under his belt in both fresh and salt water. We do it all, from bluegills to bluefin tuna, and we are very happy to get our customers on the fish!
