“We had an incredible experience shopping here! The store is beautiful and very clean. I was greeted at the front door the moment I walked in by the sales associate, Jeffrey. He is very professional, patient (had a newborn with me both times) and helpful. We ended up furnishing pretty much our entire summer house (both indoor and outdoor) with beautiful pieces. Samantha, the store manager, was great and helped us close out the purchase late in the evening. All in all, they knock it out of the park with customer service here and I highly recommend them. We did Round 3 at Ashley Furniture to furnish a number of rooms in our new house. Juana, our sales associate, is EXCEPTIONAL. She was patient going through floor plans and went above and beyond to help pick pieces, coordinate deliveries and much more. I would have never expected such customized care from a “box” store but Juana completely exceeded my expectations. Beyond that, the furniture looks amazing and is great quality. We had a better experience at Ashley then we did at high-end furniture stores in High Point, NC. Kudos to the Ashley Patchogue team.”
“Recently went in to buy a new washing machine, my salesperson John informed me that I was still under warranty on my old unit. They came to fix and realized parts weren’t available and I was able to get brand new washer at no additional cost. Great service, would highly recommend.”
