I slowly figured out she was sleeping on a wood floor without complaint. I asked around with low expectations and kindness prevailed. Craig, from Atlantis Discount Mattress & Furniture, heard about the student's situation and donated a NEW boxspring, mattress, and bedframe at no cost. FREE. We picked it up in Coram within 24 hours and delivered it to the family. It takes one kind person to listen. Just one kind person to care. And, one kind person to act because they could. Sometimes, random circumstances lead to heartwarming encounters that remind us that love and kindness matter. Craig, you should have seen the look on her face when delivered. All because YOU cared. “The day before Thanksgiving (Wednesday) my 20 yr old refrigerator just died. I called P.C. Richard in Patchogue and salesman/manager Steve Narjanian was so efficient and helpful. He looked up to see if my current appliances were purchased there (which they were by previous owners) and immediately pulled up measurements etc., helped me obtain financing and arranged for early morning delivery on Black Friday. I got confirmation calls, texts and the drivers called 20 mins before. Bright and early Friday morning they pulled up and kindly and efficient installed my new refrigerator and removed the old one. 2 hours later the surface of my new fridge was extremely hot to the touch! I called the store on busy Black Friday and spoke to salesman/manager David Harrison. Dave was on it immediately, listening, researching and deciding the best course of action (service call? Exchange?). There was so much going on on both our ends, so we did a few "I'll call you right back's" and before I knew it, a secretary answering my call advised me that Dave had arranged for a return and delivery of a new refrigerator. Shortly thereafter when speaking directly to Dave, I asked when it would be delivered and he said the next day. I explained that I could not miss another day of work over this refrigerator and needed it to be delivered today (this was at 1 in the afternoon). By 4pm I got a phone call from the drivers that they were pulling up and they quickly and efficiently removed the first refrigerator and replaced it with the second one, which works perfectly. I was REALLY impressed and appreciative that Dave was able to get that problem fixed for me and a replacement delivery done in a matter of hours! Thank you so much to Dave, Steve, and the P.C. delivery guys for taking good care of me!”

“I have made my purchase about a year ago and wanted to wait before sharing the full experience.To start with, the store was very clean, well lit and had a comfortable feeling much like entering the showroom of a car dealership. I was approached by a salesperson fairly quickly and he immediately began with his questions of what I thought I wanted. I was escorted around the showroom and was allowed to sample many different types of mattresses and base options.I never felt pressured into a specific option or like in most cases a higher commissioned item. I was not rushed and the salesperson was very patient. He explained the differences in options, functions and price differences.At the end of the day, I made my selection and purchase and have been very happy so far. All except the price. These beds are definitely the Cadillac of beds so expect to pay more. Much more. I am still making payments however their finance was great and no interest for 5 years which, if I make the minimum payments, it will take that long. Hard to get a great nights sleep until that bill is paid off.”
