“My fiance and I lived at Park Hill for just over a year while awaiting the arrival of our first child and shopping for our first house. Our neighbors were very neighborly and created a sense of community around us as new parents. Management was very responsive, caring and patient with us as we navigated uncertainties related to the home-buying process. Maintenance is also very responsive and competent. We enjoyed not having to mow the lawn or shovel the driveway during our first year as new parents and as busy young professionals. Would definitely recommend Park Hill to friends and family, as they were also welcoming of our two small canine fur babies.”
