“Seen a friend there and the place looked nice all except for the dead grass all the way around the place seeing it was due to a very drought summer I imagine it would look very nice around there if we had some rain but very respectable tenants”

“I have always heard good things about the Spa Apartments, and recently got to visit someone there and was so surprised how nice they are inside, while still maintaining the beautiful, historical look of the building. The solarium up on the top floor is a treasure for the residents there. I think I'd be spending all of my time in this beautiful area if I lived here. Our area is lucky to have this as a resource for those in need and who want to maintain as much independence as they can.”
