My puppy was a little matted on his tail and they were respectful to call and ask me if it was ok to shave off the hair, which I appreciated very much.Their booking process was so easy, they had so many options in such a short period of time. “First off, I would like to know why there are next to no groomers out there for cats. I called around and pretty much all of them only deal with dogs. I finally was able to find one who does. My mother took in a new stray kitten. Winter was coming and the weather was getting too cold, so she took in the kitten to get it off the street. We got it to the vet to find that the little girl was healthy, but infested with fleas. After applying flea medication, she had to be quarantined away from the other cat in the house. After quarantine, I was suppose to comb out all the fleas and bathe her. She's six weeks old. Tiny little thing. It was so nerve racking for me. I didn't know if I was hurting her or if she was just scared. I couldn't do it. Had to get a professional. Luckily, I found Beverly. She listened to my situation. Although she was pretty much booked, she was very accommodating to me and squeezed me in. She was so kind and gentle with the kitten. The kitten returned home free of fleas and free to roam and explore her new home. Thanks Beverly. You rock.”

“Quaint dog themed coffee shop off of Vernon Blvd that welcomes the four-legged critters! Very much a hipster vibe with a separate space for those who wish to have their dogs with them (off-leash!). We ordered Matcha and coffee Americano and they were packaged in to go cups. They also had sandwich and bakery options for a more filling snack. Wine and beer as well! The service was quick even though it was decently busy.”

“I really recommend this place to buy pets because the owner will tell you what are the best starting pets and then what are the more advanced birds to take care of. The owner is very caring and to be honest all around very good place. Food is good and it’s cheep. The birds are cheaper than any other bird shop which is crazy and the birds seem healthy all the time when I pass by the store.”
