My dog had a cracked nail that was bothering her and they were so great with her. They cleaned it and were able to manage the crack so it wasn’t so bothersome to her. They saw her right away too on short notice. Would recommend this pet salon to anyone.

My first ever experience with a groomer and won’t need to go anywhere else as long as I’m in NYC. Fair and transparent prices (available at the front desk) and they treated my pup so well. She came back pristine and so happy & calm. They even have her a cute little seasonal bandana upon pick up. Will be back!

We are a small Mom & Pop dog Grooming shop, we does Grooming only, We're specialize in small to medium breeds of dogs ( under 30 Lbs) We are by appointment only because we want each puppy have their personal attention and we could spend time with them. Grooming time for small breeds usually around 2 1/2 to 3 hours depending on the pup, if the pup is nervous than we do slower. we want to make sure that all the pups are comfortable here , no stress, because we know Grooming could be a bit stressful for pups sometimes (just like little kids first day school). That's why we're only by appointment. (appointment are taken by phone only **Not E-mail)
Our goal is to make sure every pups come in happy and leave pretty. We treat you pet like our own
