Mike Sperduto amazingly can take care of several customers with none of them sitting and waiting endlessly..on the contrary, the customer has his undivided attention and he solves their issues swiftly with ease and even a joyful attitude. And he educates the customer at the same time! Getting ready to go to Paris, I had purchased an iPhone 15 for over $1,000.00 elsewhere. When I went to this Verizon, Mike got me an iPhone 16, brand new release, for only $200 as I qualified for the $1000 rebate/turn in old phone. And I got a refund from the other place. “Dia is the best. She is so professional and very polite. She knows her job well. I came in as I have some issue with my mom’s phone and she resolved that issue and also told us about the phone promotion and we both ended up getting new iPhone 15’s. She is the best. I would definitely recommend seeing Dia if you are coming to this store. I saw her expertise as she was handling two customer at one time and also she stayed late in the store for us.
