“Had to write about the excellent customer service here. My husband and I went to another Metro PCs and the girl couldn't help at all so I stopped here just to ask a question about a virus on our phone. Met with Carlos and he took care of it. He took the time to back our phone up and reboot even though it was close to closing hours. Same visit we upgraded and purchased another phone. Since it was a new phone that came out that week, the cases hadn't arrived yet. He said to come back. He was able to get me a pink one and put it aside. Went out of his way to have the case before I went away and called me to pick it up. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely do all my business here.”
“This is one of my Favorite Verizon store…the owners of the store are really friendly and absolutely helpful.. I was there yesterday 03-09-2023. I had a carrier which i didn’t support e-sim so I came here, I switched up my carrier to Verizon and it was really quick…I got there around 6:30 and couldn’t finish my work before 7 (their closing time) the owner was really very friendly helping me after 7 to.. thank you…highly recommended.”

“I am not much of what the kids call "gamer". However, I just wanted to take time to post my own stellar review due to the negative ones which I see on my feed. The "girl with glasses" employee, I believe her name was Haley was incredibly nice to me. I came in not understanding what Robux and Fortnite cash were, and she happily explained everything I needed to know to me. She took time to prioritize making sure I was aware of everything and could now even use some of the "lingo" which my grandson uses! Despite what some of these reviews may say, I'm certain that I will always give my business to this GameStop any time I find the need to purchase Roblox for my grandchildren.”
“I didn’t really like this store on the past but this weekend went there for a SIM card as I wanted to move from esim to regular card. I met with Yadira, and what a pleasure to deal she was.
