“Had a windshield replaced on my minivan weveral weeks ago. Promptly started work at time of appointment. The job took about 1hr as originally quoted. Covered both fenders while working. Vacuumed all dirt off dashboard after removing cracked windshield. Van was cleaner when I left than when I brought it in. Coordinated all paperwork with my insurance company. The only thing I had to do was sign the paperwork. Would highly recommend Expert auto glass.”

“Gerber collision ? ? ? was professional from the start to the end! We hit a ?, and the damage wasn't terrible ..but the paint was cracked and a sensor was damaged. So we decided to call our insurance, and have Gerber fix the damages. We dropped it off on a Friday, and by next week Friday it was done and could be picked up! They kept us posted on each repair, and let us know details along the way. When we picked up the car, we were able to see a major difference! They even cleaned the interior of the car/detailing it/vacuuming it as well! What a wonderful ? experience and would go through them again for any issues.Services: Painting”

“When I arrived for my appointment I was told it would be two to three hours for the windshield replacement. It turned out they were right. I waited three hours. While waiting there I heard several people (also waiting) talk about there past terrible experience at Safelite including long waits; misaligned glass; black goo on the dash,headliner, and glass.
My experience was just as expected and just as I was told by the service desk attendee. A long wait but I did not experience any problems.”
“I have used this particular glass repair/replacement twice now. First time for my wife's car covered by insurance and went to the facility. They had it done same day. Second time for business. I had accidentally gave them the wrong model name as well but instead of making me wait a long time or schedule a new appointment, pay extra, etc. They actually instead got the correct windshield and still completed the job on the same day for me without costing extra. Will not go anywhere else”
