“Needed a new rod and reel, something lightweight for the weakfish my buddies have been catching. I went to this shop for the first time on Saturday and asked the guy behind the counter for some help picking a rod out. He was great! He showed me a nice selection of rods in different prices, and explained to me the benefits of each one. When we got to the reels, Bill showed me a few different ones at different prices and again showed off each one. I had no idea you had to fish this way for weakfish, no wonder I’ve been having such a hard time! Just wanted to say thanks to Bill for getting me set up with the right gear, including lures and bait. He even told me a few spots to try! Came home that night with dinner for the family.
