“Ok Im not the typical girl who can't do something or atleast figure it out . The horrible snowstorm that came whipping through last week , the one clear day I was cleaning off my car /windshield and the blade on one of wipers came off . I stood there working on trying to get it back on for 30 minutes . My hands were freezing and couldn't so it . So I called Willco and they told me to come on over . So I went over talked to a super sweet man . We go out to my car and voila he puts it on. He said have nice day and that was it. Just a simple 2 second job and polite . You don't see that alot nowadays . Maybe I found my new mechanic 10 stars !!!”

“I've been here a few times for an oil change. It's located right next to Flying J with access from the Flying J parking lot.There are 2 drive thru bays and you don't have to drop your trailer.The bays are clean and well organized. Almost everytime I've been here I've been in and out in 20 mins.The guys working are fast, courteous and always willing to answer all your questions.Highly recommend.”

Never, ever have to worry about them trying to push me to do unnecessary work. They have even given me a ride to work when I had to drop off my car for service! “I just had my car repaired by IN Collision, and I am very pleased! My car dealership said it would take about 30 days for them to repair it, but I worked with Scott at IN Collision, and he got the work done in a week…and at a fair price! “While they did a thorough job attending to my front brakes, which also needed calipers, service was significantly more expensive than my regular mechanic would have charged, by at least $100. They also quoted another job that I would need soon to pass inspection. Luckily my regular guy was available, again at $100 less. While I realize that money is not the only consideration when having work done, especialy in an emergency, overpricing is one indication that perhaps you are being taken advantage of. This didn't sit well with me. Overall customer service was fine, no issues wirh that...but if you have time? Shop around.”
“What a surprise! , absolutely the most honest car repair shop I have ever dealt with period. They are very reasonable with price, and are great at using their knowhow to diagnose and fix your car or trucks problem(s).They open at 8:00AM and its first come first serve, so I recommend get there early and have someone to pick you up and bring you back when your repair is done.”

I love being taught about my own vehicle even tho I am not a mechanic in an honest open way. As everyone who drives should want to learn and not just run out of shops when a mechanic is teaching you what needs to be done for safety. (Accidents happen due to some negligence, therefore America has yearly inspections.... Just saying.)”
“As a car/bike guy I'm always hesitant to let someone else work on my vehicles. With time running short I decided to give Valvoline the chance, and I do not regret it one bit! They got me in and out quickly. Changed my oil and put air in my tires. Ausitn Was very thorough checking my fluids and making sure my truck was set to go before it left the bay! “I highly recommend this Valvoline location for their superior customer service displayed today for a stranger. I had an expensive oil change down the street at a Value car center that didn't complete all basic services that most stations used to do without a charge. Joe, Kevin, Chris, Evan and Isiah not only verified my oil levels and reset my light indicator, they topped off my fluids and put air in my tires, service not completed at the other location. These young men all displayed old school ethics in the quality of their work even with the other cars being serviced around me. Thank you so much, may others find your location for your value system alone, before they go to a location without integrity.”
“An update:Thank you to Taylor C. and your team for making up for the previous visit! We were able to get a re-do of the previous service and they even threw in an extra service for the inconvenience. Taylor let me know that they wouldn't be there, but made sure that another manager knew exactly what we needed. That is the right way to do customer service! The car looks great and we are very happy.Original post:My fiance and I were at this location last week. We paid $40.00 for the Super Interior Steamed & Sanitized service. We asked them if they could clean the trunk and they said the would. However, the trunk was never touched. The floor mats were cleaned very thoroughly, but that was about it. When the car was returned, the attendant left her rags in the car. I tried to submit a complaint online, but the form isn't working. Very disappointed.”
