“While they did a thorough job attending to my front brakes, which also needed calipers, service was significantly more expensive than my regular mechanic would have charged, by at least $100. They also quoted another job that I would need soon to pass inspection. Luckily my regular guy was available, again at $100 less. While I realize that money is not the only consideration when having work done, especialy in an emergency, overpricing is one indication that perhaps you are being taken advantage of. This didn't sit well with me. Overall customer service was fine, no issues wirh that...but if you have time? Shop around.”

“What a surprise! , absolutely the most honest car repair shop I have ever dealt with period. They are very reasonable with price, and are great at using their knowhow to diagnose and fix your car or trucks problem(s).They open at 8:00AM and its first come first serve, so I recommend get there early and have someone to pick you up and bring you back when your repair is done.”

My car dealership said it would take about 30 days for them to repair it, but I worked with Scott at IN Collision, and he got the work done in a week…and at a fair price! Scott was very professional and courteous, and he kept me informed of the work as he went along. It’s nice feeling comfortable taking my car to this repair shop!”
