Showed us step-by-step of what the best baseball glasses were for my son and then even pointed us in the rightdirection so I could get a pair. He inspected them thoroughly noticed that there was a scratch on the pair. It was the last pair so he ordered us a new one. I gave him a 10 out of 10.”
