“I love Big Lots. This place always has what you need for cheap prices. The cashier was NOT friendly at all. We greeted her with a smile she frowned, we thanked her for her assistance she never responded with you're welcome. We told here we hoped she had a better day again a frown and yes she spoke English! “This is one of my favorite Marshall’s locations. It’s always very organized, which helps with the ton of clothes they have for you to sort through. I found exactly what I was looking for, plus some extra goodies. Cashiers are friendly and fast. Highly recommend.”

“Wow! You don't even feel like you're in Fort Erie. Very big and excellent for last minute gift options in our small town. Prices are very reasonable and the changing area is huge and extremely well lit. There's sections for home items, clothes, shoes, toys, self care and more. A good in between of Walmart and Marks for pricing and quality.”
“I just spent 220 bucks here after a long workday and normally would be super bummed and pissed off after that. The lady that checked us out, Crystal, was so completely pleasant and wonderful in a non forced way that I couldn't help but leave there smiling. If you are getting in line here and see a line with a cashier that has curly hair, glasses, and just *looks* like a nice person cash out there.”
“The fact that they have to setup the store as a maze to discourage snatch and grab thieves makes it slightly annoying - not their fault at all. Its a sad statement that the thieves are protected but the employees and paying clients arent.”

“Staff is wonderful and I can always find what I need. But, WHY is that gentleman always sitting outside of the Elmwood North Buffalo location asking for money to buy a cheeseburger??? And if you turn him down, he gets nasty - I told him I pay with a card and he actually wanted me to do cash back to give him money. Seriously?! Why is he allowed to loiter on private property and harass customers? It makes me uncomfortable and less likely to shop at that location...”
“I love Nordstrom Rack. To set realistic expectations this location doesn’t seem to get the impressive bag and shoe drops from Nordstrom marked down to a fraction of their original price like you see on social media. However, the staff is always really pleasant, and the store is always clean (not always tidy if you go during a large sale or a Canadian holiday weekend). The biggest plus for me is that they allow dogs. I primarily shop the app and then go in store to return and that process is always quick and easy.”
“This is such a great store to find well made products for cheap! It’s hit and miss with what they have on a given day but usually you can find really great products from great brands at much less cost than they would normally be. I’ve gotten a lot of shoes from here, they have such a large variety!”

“Zainab was the most respectful cashier. I told her how I was worried about the breakables I bought for gifts. She wrapped them and bagged them then wrapped them in the clothes I bought. I made it home to wrap them and they were still in one piece!!! Thank you also to Jess S who was so funny and helpful. They even pleased my hard-to-fit weiner dog Jazzy! I love this Marshall's. They keep a neat store even on Dec. 24. They somehow keep the place clean around the hardest days of the year. Thank you for a great time shopping.”

“Not a Family Dollar I usually go to but I am sure I have been a bunch of times when I lived in the area. Just your usual set up as far as merchandise but the lay-out is a little different. Usually clean and the staff are cool.”
