I recently took my wife's car for an alignment at a another "reputable" shop and they tried to overcharge for a needed repair. Fast Lane did the repair for half the cost while using OEM parts. Ok, to continue, this was my second time to Ross Service, my wife could hear a rattle that I couldn’t and air pressure in one tire wouldn’t clear no matter how much I put in it. They found the rattle and found that a prior tire rotation didn’t reset the pressure readings. Took care of the problem and hardly charged me. Not always about the price, they genuinely care about their customers, the cost is nice too! Thank you”
