I was greeted as I entered (not in a sales-pushy way) with interest as to why I came and what were the needs/concerns that I had; and was honest about the wait time, which turned out to be tailored for each person's benefit! Comprehensive attention by knowledge, caring associate who represented the company in the way that customer service should be delivered (esp. in today's day/age)! I am, 'my feet' (knees, bunion, shins) absolutely feel the relieving, supportive comfort with new purchase; game-changing experience, not just a sale, thank you.”

“Cam was amazing and he knew just the right shoe I needed for mountain hiking. I went out hiking the next day and the Hoka Speedgoat 6 proved to be just as awesome as he described. He was very knowledgeable in hiking which helped tremendously!”

“Everyone there was super helpful and friendly. We went there just to have some skates sharpened for my son's first year of hockey, they pointed out we had the wrong size for him ( we thought by bigger so he would grow into them). We ended up purchasing new skates from them and they baked ( also didn't know that was a thing) and sharpened them for free. Prices are all comparable to online prices. They also helped a ton with a bunch of more info about hockey that I would not have known. We will be returned for all of our future hockey needs. Thank you!”

“Love this place! It’s conveniently located, 24-hours with locked door/tag access (it makes me feel safe), nobody with tripods taking up space for hours, and everyone is so welcoming- powerlifters and beginners alike. I have to attribute my ability to stay consistent and comfortable with my fitness journey to this place. I’ve brought friends here to try it out and their first day is free! The owner has always been really accommodating and the staff are really friendly ☺️ if you want to go to a gym that has nice equipment, isn’t overly crowded, and has a lot of personality- check it out!”

“This is the one stop shop to get anything related to the Syracuse university sports teams. We were visiting from Canada and were looking for some souvenir type "Syracuse" merch and happily left with some great hoodies. There's all kinds of apparel for the whole family - tshirts, hoodies, sweaters, pants, fleece, hats etc in a variety of price points and brands. You can get basic Gildan printed wear, Columbia, Champion and Nike just to give you examples. The best selection and makes a great gift!”
