“Love this place! It’s conveniently located, 24-hours with locked door/tag access (it makes me feel safe), nobody with tripods taking up space for hours, and everyone is so welcoming- powerlifters and beginners alike. I have to attribute my ability to stay consistent and comfortable with my fitness journey to this place. I’ve brought friends here to try it out and their first day is free! The owner has always been really accommodating and the staff are really friendly ☺️ if you want to go to a gym that has nice equipment, isn’t overly crowded, and has a lot of personality- check it out!”

We were visiting from Canada and were looking for some souvenir type "Syracuse" merch and happily left with some great hoodies. There's all kinds of apparel for the whole family - tshirts, hoodies, sweaters, pants, fleece, hats etc in a variety of price points and brands. You can get basic Gildan printed wear, Columbia, Champion and Nike just to give you examples. The best selection and makes a great gift!”

“We went in around 10:30 on Sunday 9/25. A few employees helped us, and on in particular was extremely helpful! He was wearing a blue/yellow jersey. My son is just starting hockey and we don't know anything and luckily he was there to help! He helped with the skates and everything else necessary. Even went as far as to bake the skates and sharpen them for us so they fit and worked well. Prices on everything was reasonable and fair. Overall I am extremely pleased and couldn't have asked for a better first experience. Will certainly be back for all his hockey needs in the future!”
