“This place is a gem. Omar is super friendly. We always have fun, cool conversations. The place always smells real good. The service is efficient and quick, plus real close to the border! I recommend it to everyone!! I can't say the same thing about the Middle Eastern young man that works there sometimes. He's very obnoxious, has no manner, to professionalism, it's as if he's doing me a favour for being a store, not me being a patron in his store. OWNER: Please educate this dude!”

“Litterally the best customer service ive evee received. Had a few issues with an insurance claim and getting my new phone, Moe was great and went over the top to help me get the claim tthru. Also there were two younger workers in the night before that helped me and were awesome. Wont go anywhere else!”
“I give this place 5 stars plus. My phone (iPhone ) got literally stuck in SOS mode , trying all the obvious methods on my own led me more frustrated . I first went to a kiosks stand to see if they could fix it with no luck - then to Universal Wireless. There was a female who started working on it ( until her shift ended) but shortly before that a male came up , so for a moment they were both working on it patiently and effortlessly. After 2 hours he figured it out I just wanted to post this to say THANK YOU again and I would DEFINITELY go back to Universal Wireless for any future issues!!!”

They got mom a new phone and took her off another account. Jeff!! You are amazing you were very polite and very sincere. Kevin! You help transfer all data to the new device and deleted from the old. The customer service we received other 2 visits to your store location was so pleasant. “Went to this store today and it was my good fortune to be served by a young man named Ryan Swearengen. I turned in equipment and asked how to handle my bill and what I could do to to continue with Spectrum as my provider since it had become unaffordable. He was extremely helpful and help me asses what channels I no longer needed. He also convinced me to add mobile services and add sports channels. A true asset to the company. I now watch some of the shows on the streaming networks included with my package Thanks Ryan !”
