“This place is a gem. Omar is super friendly. We always have fun, cool conversations. The place always smells real good. The service is efficient and quick, plus real close to the border! I recommend it to everyone!! I can't say the same thing about the Middle Eastern young man that works there sometimes. He's very obnoxious, has no manner, to professionalism, it's as if he's doing me a favour for being a store, not me being a patron in his store. OWNER: Please educate this dude!”
“I haven't always had the best of luck at this location but recently I had a phone screen shattered and had to use my insurance to acquire another phone everybody from the people at 611 to Luis at the counter not only helped me with my insurance claim and receiving my new phone but I brought it in and pad luis download all my stuff from one phone to the other phone. He was beyond professional and courteous to me and all the other customers that came in, it was a trying situation because I am not the most patient person sometimes. 10 stars to Luis”
“Came in for a Pixel 8 pro case and the staff was helpful. This location isn't known for having the Pixel 8 or pro device in stock fyi and if you want that phone I suggest the Walden location.”

“I give this place 5 stars plus. My phone (iPhone ) got literally stuck in SOS mode , trying all the obvious methods on my own led me more frustrated . I first went to a kiosks stand to see if they could fix it with no luck - then to Universal Wireless. There was a female who started working on it ( until her shift ended) but shortly before that a male came up , so for a moment they were both working on it patiently and effortlessly. After 2 hours he figured it out I just wanted to post this to say THANK YOU again and I would DEFINITELY go back to Universal Wireless for any future issues!!!”

They got mom a new phone and took her off another account. Jeff!! You are amazing you were very polite and very sincere. Kevin! Thank you for helping figure out how we could get mom out of the situation of being on someone else's account and helping mom break free from that hold! Pat!! You sat with us and listened. You help transfer all data to the new device and deleted from the old. The customer service we received other 2 visits to your store location was so pleasant. “Went to this store today and it was my good fortune to be served by a young man named Ryan Swearengen. I turned in equipment and asked how to handle my bill and what I could do to to continue with Spectrum as my provider since it had become unaffordable. He was extremely helpful and help me asses what channels I no longer needed. He also convinced me to add mobile services and add sports channels. A true asset to the company. I now watch some of the shows on the streaming networks included with my package Thanks Ryan !”
