The staff was wonderful and got the customer the tires they needed that were in another store. Very kind and definitely deserve more than a 5-star rating. The Niagara Falls, NY location provides excellent service, unlike the Amherst and Sheridan Dr locations. On a busy day, the manager from the Maple Rd store stepped in to help the one tech on duty, getting the customer in and out quickly. Gina was super friendly and helpful, making the tire mounting and balancing process easy and quick. Overall, the pricing is reasonable, and the customer service is exceptional.
I only go to Firestone for my car diagnoses period. They are honest and reliable 💯. Customer service is 💯.

I have had poor experiences at the Amherst location (on Niagara Falls Blvd). Had poor telephone encounter with Sheridan Dr location recently as well. But nothing but positive experience with the Niagara Falls, NY location. The other locations should take note.
