“I'm not sure why this bank has such a low review. My fiance and I opened up a account today and the staff was amazing. The branch manager even approached us and took a moment to introduce himself. Not only is it a clean environment but the staff was kind and answered all our questions. We worked with Karen, she was very knowledgeable and gave us the best financial advisory. Truly am happy we picked this bank and location. Overall 10/10 experience.”

“Paige was great helping me and my fiancé with what we came in even though we didn’t have an appointment. She informed us that there will be a wait and we can make an appointment if we wanted to. As Paige is telling us this I look back and Terri Ann is making faces behind my fiancé’s back while she is telling him sarcastically or you can just come back another day . We went in and explained about a family member passing away and there was no sympathy from her end . Paige was an angel and made an attempt to help us .”

“I like this bank every one of Staff are friendly and helpful. They have Personal Tellers inside the bank and outside at the Drive-Thru. They have Manager named Ryan very friendly and helpful inside the bank and Eugene who is Newburgh Branch Manager. They have inside ATM also. I like the Branch Headquarters they are very good to their Members. When you make your payments on time and never late they recognize you with an Incentive. Like lowering your interest on your purchases for 6 months to 5.99. They send you Recognition letters that means a lot to a Member that they Acknowledge your efforts to make sure your payments you have with them are paid on time. I am happy I chose this bank and have been with them since February 17, 2016. They are located on NY - Rte 300 (Union Ave). Their Office Hrs 8:30am - 6pmMonday - Friday. Saturday 8:30am till2pm Closed Sunday.Right behind the Bank there is other stores to shop in like PetSmart, Kohl's ànd a shortcut right into Adam's Fair Acre Farm Grocery store.
