I am an absolute sucker for anything Sandro but this was my first time buying in NYC - and it was an absolute pleasure. Shoutout to Myles who graciously helped me find a very specific item for an upcoming event. The store is gorgeous and the customer service is on point. Will be back (as soon as my bank account allows)...

I went to exchange a piece I bought online cuz of size issue. I didn’t mention it but the sa noticed I bought the piece with online discount (which was not available anymore at the time I went to exchange) and manually re-applied the discount for me :)

I think the price of clothe also include sales work, but sales in this store let me feel like I am shopping in Zara

I visited the Prince Street store on a Thursday morning, shortly after opening. There were three associates working and all three were incredibly helpful and kind. I think the poor reviews on here must be reflective of an old staff or previous manager.

Went on a Monday morning/early afternoon shift. Not sure why the rating is so low - Jean and other Sales associates were very helpful. The return process for an online purchase was not difficult at all either. I appreciate it! Thank you.

They were extremely helpful when I bought loads of clothes there. However, due to not living in NYC when I thought I needed to return a few things- they told me it would be no problem. But when it came time I thought i needed to return a few things they refused to give me a prepaid shipping label and said "since we shipped it complimentary you would have to pay for the label" and did everything in their power to refuse the return. The boutique in Miami was helpful enough to send me a prepaid shipping label. I ended up not returning anything as I love all my purchases. I would recommend going to bloomingdales or nordstrom as you will receive much better service there. Will not return. You should treat your customers the same way when they spend money or come to return. No wonder they have 2 stars

I have spent so much money over the years at Sandro and Maje. The first time I come back with an obvious quality issue, they said they don’t accept returns that are worn! How are you going to find out that there is a quality isssue when if don’t wear it?! I’m very upset at this policy and will probably never return to this store.

This store has an attitude problem. I mostly buy Sandro online but, every once in a while I need to see the fit/sizing on something or need a new outfit on short notice. Both times I’ve been in the store it was not busy but, I couldn’t get a sales person at first and then it was like pulling teeth asking about sizes and colors. My advice is to pop over to Bloomingdale’s first because they have Sandro and will actually be helpful.

I have spent so much money at sandro; i brought in a shirt to return 1 week after the slated return period as i was on vacation and they wouldn't even provide me with store credit, buy your sandro elsewhere.

If you have a choice plz go to other Sandro store. No one services you at all. They pretend you are not there.

The shopping assistants are rude, they like to kick customers out of their fitting rooms.

As others have written, an actively anti-customer business. I found all of the sales people to be lovely, but the company policies are awful. First, like others, I tried to return something - a $700 jacket - two days after purchase. Was told store credit only. Looked around the store and found nothing. 2 things I liked they didn't have in my size. Went the next day to another location and it just randomly decided to open until noon (?). Cannot use the credit online. Like why do I need bend over backwards to buy stuff I don't need or want??? Just give me money back. FYI,most of these French retailers are anti-customer - Maje, BA&SH have the same policy. Looking for Parisian style? Go to APC. They have a normal return policy, better clothes, and are better stocked on a range of sizes.

I really don't understand why this location has such bad reviews!Initially, I was scared to call the store about sale items but the staff here are honestly so friendly. I don't get the reviews that say the staff are unfriendly and rude. When I entered the store, one of the sales associates helped me find the items I wanted and was very attentive to the sizing and styles I requested. The store was also super clean and well-kept and the fitting rooms were nice and spacious. When I checked out, the cashier and I had friendly conversations about the stores in Paris and how long the end of season sale has been going on. He was super nice.Overall, I had such a great experience at Sandro and left with 3 items--totally satisfied.

Went here twice and terrible customer service. First time I was ignored and second time the sales rep didn't seem to care about my experience and wanted to get on with his day

Being in the store and holding clothings for 10 mins, I was invisible to the SAs. Only one girl with glass was nice. The Maje store SAs are much more professional.
