I work nearby and the chocolate is really good but why is this location closed for long periods of time in the middle of the day? It tends to open later than the posted 10am every day and the employees seem to always be on break for long periods of time whenever I try to go there.

Picked up a box of chocolates here last time for friends who were visiting NYC as they have a NYC packaging edition. They sold out of this packaging when i visited recently so i picked up another box that was equally as delicious. Recommend this place if you're looking for fancy chocolates to give as a gift.
