Okay it's a 1 star cause I can't go any lower. They sold me as a man a pair of girl shoes. Laughed at me and wouldn't give me my cash back and then gave me a gift card and then even after I did that I brought back a pair of them causevl they fitted funny they said call my boss you are stuck with those and like it.

Foot locker company and online ordering needs to be reconstructed . The service is horrible and all the customers service people are reading from a script .like a robot no common sense. I will not spend any more money at Foot locker

purchased shoes, need to exchange , they see the account but not the purchases. What sense does it make to have the account but not be able to see purchases.
