“Our car broke down on the I87 near Newburgh, NY. Once we realized that we needed to rent a car to get back home to Canada (over 300 miles away), i made numerous phone cars to rental companies in the area. None of the companies allowed me to drop off the rental at one of their locations in Montreal. We decided to rent from Avis and drop the car off in Plattsburgh.
When i came to pick the car up at Stewart intnl airport i explained the situation to ROBIN who told me she would try to help us get home with our two young children. After a few minutes ROBIN explained that she had been able to arrange for us to drop the car off at an Avis less than 3 miles from our home.
ROBIN was a saviour. She had a human approach and was helpful when we were vulnerable”

“Came midday on a weekday during fall leaf/apple picking season, and had the best rental car experience of my life. I was driving off in the exact vehicle I had requested in less than 5 minutes. Tasha at the desk was so incredibly helpful, welcoming and efficient, really doesn’t get any better than this… can I rent all my cars from here in the future? I’m looking at you, CLT…”
