Despite having a contract with tricare to service military members, this pharmacy had no idea how to process a tricare insurance card and made us pay out of pocket for a covered script.

I live above this pharmacy. Only just noticed the reviews as checked to see what time it opened today and saw the negative reviews which make no sense. I’m in here usually once a day. It’s great. And everyone is super nice. Just didn’t think it was a fair assessment so wanted to chime in.

Service is very slow there is never anything on the shelves... This CVS should have stayed where it was or they should have kept the same employees.. These new people at this New CVS are very unorganized.. Go to another CVS on North Ave.
