“Not as professional as most corporate owned U-Haul locations. However, the gentleman did put me in a nice van. You will need your smartphone to complete the rental process which he didn't explain completely. I will use them again if I need to rent another van.”

“This was the experience I had renting a Van! We had some last minute changes for a trip with my church and needed a van last minute. “Picking up my rental truck was so quick and efficient at this location. I had originally booked a rental at a different location but their location system was down so when they sent me to this location I was expecting bad news again. Gloria took the terrible experience I was having and turned it around quickly. She greeted my husband and I with smiles and explained the process thoroughly. I didn’t get the gentlemen’s name who gave us the truck but he was also very kind & explained the process throughly as well which we appreciated since having a previous problem with U-Haul. I will definitely be returning to this Penske location.”

Samantha went completely above and beyond to help us during an incredibly stressful time. We were moving in the middle of a snowstorm, trucks were unavailable due to the weather, and everything felt overwhelming — but she never gave up on us.

“It's a tiny office hole in the wall inside a auto repair shop but I was served quickly and was driving out in the rental van within 20 minutes. The guy was very nice, informative and to the point. Getting in and out of that tight place with the van was not easy but manageable. Return of the vehicle was smooth and pain free. My only negative feedback was the position of the fuel gage jumping from half tank to a quarter tank within driving one block from the place. Turn on the vehicle and wait for the fuel tank level to settle before driving out. Good place to rent moving vehicles. I recommend this place.”

“Although the location employees were excellent. I definitely believe I was overcharged. I had an $19 van estimated 20 miles and only did close to 10 and brought it back full gas and was charged $75.00”

Pick-up was quick and hassle-free. I got a nice, new, and very clean van. The process for both pick-up and drop-off was super easy. The U-Haul location is conveniently inside the food mart of the gas station, which made it easy to find and get on the road fast. Highly recommend for an stress-free rental experience!”

“Only reason for why i given this company a five star cuz of a manager at gunhill rd & allerton ave that not only polite, know how to greet people, break down details but he's a one man army machine where if it's ever busy he still make you feel that ur time n business is much appreciated . So the company in general got some decent prices but that fifth star belongs to manager Ray. I recommend the company in general but of the manager at that site in the Bronx i advise you to experience the service first hand.”
