“My experience with Penske, their phone rep, and Gloria D. was the best that I’ve ever had with a rental. Their rentals are lovely. Pristine and new. However, the best thing about Penske is their customer service. The most professional, courteous, kind, and human I’ve ever come across. They are patient and they sincerely care. I cannot say enough about the telephone rep I spoke with when I made the reservation over the phone. I was so anxious and concerned because I had never driven such a large vehicle and I was doing it long distance. He took the time to help me through that. I was provided with a beautiful rental and the trip turned out to be great. After making that journey, I now feel like I’ve been doing it my whole life. And then there was Gloria D., the icing on the cake at Penske on Bruckner. There are no words to describe her. She takes the time and goes out of her way to help and provides the best service I’ve come across in a very long time. And her personality is so outstanding! God bless them both. God knows and He sees. I get a bit emotional when I think about these 2 people because moving is tough. It’s so stressful. Especially long distance. Penske, the phone rep, and Gloria D., made it so much easier. Thank you.”

“The receptionist is super friendly. Don’t miss it though, it’s right next to a mechanic’s garage through a small door. Prices are affordable for all vehicle sizes. Be sure to fill the gas up how you found it, it’s the courteous thing to do (they will also charge the gas onto your card if you don’t) come to this guy for your self-moving needs.”

“Made an online reservation for a moving truck for a few hours. The ladies behind the desk were super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We rented a truck without an issue. *TIP* if you want to rent dollies/ blankets you should get there early as possible as these things may not be available later in the day. When your done fold the blankets or you will be fined!! **VIP TIP* TAKE THEIR INSURANCE ! There are a lot of reckless drivers on the road and MOST private car insurance will NOT cover your rental for damages. Great service- friendly- highly recommend!”

“I do love uhaul, so far, my buddy and I rented from uhaul several times, 3 times from this location, and the staff in general and especially the staff here are certainly courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and uhaul, only the very few companies I deeply respect, the price of actually renting out a truck is cheap, but depending on how far you take it, the price adds up, as long as you have a safe trip, you will be fine, just don't go and rent from here, then leave it on another borough, you will be slapped with a high charge, as per uhaul rules.”
