“I give Matt's Auto 5 Stars because from the Second I Called and asked my questions regarding my Vehicle, they explained it very Clear to me. Their Communication with Problems and how things work in General is Absolutely Professional and Amazing. They helped me understand, because I'm your typical girl. I don't feel like I got "Ripped off" they actually pinpointed the Problems and told me the things that needed to be done, and how to do it and how much it would cost to do it. They were very gracious with us being Late. And they were just super nice in General. We won't make it a habit, but I did get out of work a little later than expected. Also I would just like to Point out that that is the CHEAPEST I HAD ever had my tires put on!! And the Fastest!! One time I sat for a little over 2 hours at Mr. Tire. And 1.5 hours at Monser. I dropped my Car off at 9am and we received a call back saying the work was all done at 10:00am!! Phenomenal!! I also like that the first thing they did was take it down the road and test drive it. Every time I brought it to my other places I NEVER seen them test drive it, even after the fact. I feel like I was made a Priority there and they treated me and my Car with Respect. And it was Fitting To Us Financially! Thanks Matt Auto!!”
“Coming to this area a few years ago, among the first things we looked for (after doctors and veterinarians) was a good, honest mechanic. I am fairly knowledgeable when it comes to mechanical things, but I'm past my prime when it comes to climbing in, around, and under an automobile. That being said, I stopped by Stages, and struck up a conversation with Randy just to feel him out. I found him personable, knowledgeable, honest. Stages has performed various services on several of my cars and trucks over the past two years, and never once--and I stress, "once"--have I ever been dissatisfied with the work, or the price. “Hit a piece of shrapnel on the road between New Berlin and Edmeston. I was able to coast in on the last 10lbs of air and Mike and the team were able to swap out the tire with a used one to get me home. I was thankful they were able to jam me in just before close. Great place to take your car for repair. Very friendly and made me feel well taken care of.”

“On my way home from Elmira NY to Watervliet NY about a 3hr drive. My van broke down on a Sunday. By stroke of luck or a blessing from above I was able to make it to this garage that I Googled closest to me. I left a note with my key fab and prayed for the best. Monday morning I reach out. He tells me he's pretty busy today but will try his best to work it in. By the end ofbthe day he called me and diagnosed the problem. Finished up the very next morning by 10am. He was very thorough, and broke everything down for me. I was expecting a huge bill and ended up being less than what he originally quoted me. I was extremely happy with his customer service, timely work, and how thorough he was. I don't live in Morris but if I did, this garage would be where I took my vehicles. Thank you Morris Garage for squeezing me in and getting me omw!”

“Our vehicle overheated and we broke down while our son had a baseball tournament all weekend in Cooperstown. I originally had it towed to the dealer and they said they could fit me in 10 days later. I called another garage and they said 8. I called Lou's and he said he could squeeze me in that day or at most the next. I had the vehicle towed over and he stuck to his word. He was able to look at it and replace our water pump and brakes. The total bill was way lower than I expected and certainly much cheaper than the dealer. They also insisted on showing me the parts they replaced even though it wasn't necessary but a total trustworthy gesture. If I lived near here I would never go anywhere else. They were absolute life savers as we were also moving out of state the following weekend. So definitely consider them for your repairs!”
