“They got the work done more quickly than they said, but even more quickly than I expected. No complaints about the work; waiting area was nice, staff was nice. Easy to get an appointment, too. They don't do a complimentary wash like some other places have done, but that's fine with me. Overall, worth my driving out a little farther for good, efficient service.”

“Best staff ever. These guys are more like family than they are like "just an auto shop". They took care of my mother's vehicles while she was still alive, joked with her.. and did everything they could to keep her cars running safe. They have put up with me and my vehicles.. some of which were older and not so much fun to work on. They have been kind to me times when I was so stressed out that i'm sure I was no fun to be around either. Even when repairs were difficult for them, or a few times when I was sure it was something else (I'm not a mechanic and should just let their guys do their job).. they were still as pleasant as it gets. I have never had them take a bad day out on me and i'm sure at some point they must have had a bad day. There's nobody I trust more and no other shop that I'd go to. Thanks guys .. you're awesome! :)”
“While on an out-of-town trip on a Sunday morning, a rear wheel strut broke and was rubbing against the tire. Quick google search and found Mavis. We pulled in and the service was immediate they looked at our car and got to taking care of us. We were very happy to have it taken care of immediately. Very polite and courteous. We didn't catch his name but operator #852 on our receipt SAVED our day!! Thank you!!”

“Excellent service. Got a flat tire on a highway nearby, irreparable (a big cut) and decided I'd better replace two of them since a long trip was ahead. Rare tires, R14, other shops could not find, but these guys had them and replaced in an hour and a half - not bad, considering I came with no appointment. Thanks, you saved the vacation.”
“Today was the second time I was having tire work done to one of my vehicles. The first time was a few weeks ago, to have a screw removed and they were able to fit my car in right away, when every other place was too busy to help out. I brought my wife’s car there today for a screw in a tire and they again stopped what they were doing and handled the job. After looking at the tire, the stated that the screw did not puncture the wheel and there was no damage. They still fixed the tire and told me that it was no charge. I will deal be using this garage for any of my vehicles needs. I would highly recommend them!!!”

“Shaver Tree Services, LLCIf you ever break down in NY, get your truck to TRS! Top Notch service! We were up from Alabama on a line crew, getting tree off power lines when my bucket truck lost power. Limped it into the shop and took a few days waiting on parts, but we were well taken care of in the process. The Owner, Bob, was overwhelmingly accommodating. Robbie was our first contact and got us in quickly, Jamison, Billy and a couple others were the mechanics to help diagnose some turbo issues and we got a full PM while we were there, new headlights and replaced our beacon light that fried on us in the way up. They happen to have a used one off of one of their trucks and put it in for us. Not kidding, we were all around Syracuse NY and some of the sweetest people you’d ever meet.Thank you TRS, customer for life!”

“Been going here for a few years. Great family owner business. Very reasonable prices. Knowledge staff. More importantly they actually care. My fan stopped working right before a snow storm. I would have had no heat and no way to defrost the windows. Very unsafe. They were booked and they helped me out and got me back on the road and home safe.”

Jess the lady at the front desk was very helpful, knowledgeable and was kind enough to drop me at my home after dropping off my car. They were done within the estimated time and she also offered to pick me up, the service was amazing. Will be coming here for my next service.”

“Went to Carrier on the recommendation of a family friend and of Le Moyne College staff. I am not from the area. Long story short, I was able to drop off my 20 year old Subaru with clutch problems overnight on a weekend. Doral was able to inspect it the following week, and was able to replace the clutch, do a safety inspection, alignment and recharge the a/c all within the same week. I asked for all the extra services other than the clutch, Doral didn't try to sell me any other services other than what I brought the car in for. He was in communication the whole time the car was in the shop and was clear about what was needed, vs what was not. Charges for the services were very fairly priced, and the car now runs excellent. I appreciated the level of communication and patience Doral had for my questions. Would definitely recommend!”
