Poor customer service. After waiting over 7 hours for a tow truck to come pick up my car, they stopped answering the phone. And they never showed up!! Had to find another tow truck service late at night. Horrible service.

Essentials Towing and Recovery in Troy NY is terrible there’s so many other towing companies in the Troy and Albany area I’d suggest going somewhere else. Don’t waste your money with them. Don’t believe me? Just read through the comments. I personally wouldn’t do business with a company who has such a negative reputation.Service: Car towing

Matched through my USAA app. Waited hours for them to tow my car and never showed up. Cancelled on me afterwards. Absolutely disreputable.

I worked closely with Amanda. She was a blessing! Seriously! I had to have my engine failed Kia towed from Fucillo in Schenectady to Destination in Albany. Fucillo lost my car! Amanda and her team went back couple different times to check to see if my car was found. She went above and beyond and checked on me even after the service had ended . Thankfully had the pleasure to work with her today, knowing the ordeal yesterday. I recommend Essentials Towing to everyone!

They were selected by my roadside assistant provider. I reached to out comfirm the that they were going to be coming. I waited for 4 hours, then they canceled my service. I tried to call to find out why and they rejected all 5 of my calls. What is the point of having a contract with roadside assistant if you do not complete the service. I am beyond upset if it was a option i would give me a 0 stating. Supremely unprofessional.

Rick the tow truck driver was very professional today and gave me excellent service . He had to push my vehicle out of a parking garage since the vehicle wouldn’t start . He called me each step of the way and did a great job getting my vehicle to my mechanic ! Thank you so much !Service: Car towing

We were relying on them, via roadside assistance, to tow our vehicle after it broke down on a cold winter night. The ETA we were given was hours out, and then they missed it completely. No call, no text, no communication whatsoever. When we tried to call, there was no response and the voicemail was full.If I could give zero stars, I would. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Especially this time of year, a broken down vehicle can be a life or death situation and you were completely negligent in your service and responsibilities. Nobody should make use of this towing service if they actually want to RECEIVE service.

Called in for roadside assistance at 330pm and had to cancel the rescue at 8pm because they never showed up, ended up having to leave my car in a snow ditch overnight because they didnt answer their phone and never called me back. After the initial call at 330pm where I was promised a maximum wait time of two hours (which I patiently waited through) I called the office about 20 times and was repeatedly hung up on or was sent to their full voicemail box, without a word of explanation from their office. This establishment is ran by absolute methheads who left me in a snowbank for 4 and a half hours alone without a single phonecall, disgraceful service have never had a tow experience as bad as this, do not use this tow company.

Do not accept them taking a roadside assistance call. I was locked out of my vehicle and 20° temperatures. They excepted the roadside call and gave me an ETA of 45 minutes. When more than a half hour went by I called just to verify they were on their way. They still hadn’t left for the call.I don’t know why they excepted the call if they weren’t going to come. I was in the cold for three hours and finally my sister called her AAA to get my keys out of my carService: Car lockouts
