“I have been with Life Storage in Liverpool for over a year now. I actually have 3 units and deal with the manager Justin frequently. Not only is he super friendly , but polite and accommodating. I have had issues with data breaches of finances and he was understanding and sympathetic to resolve my issues when I had to stop my auto pay and cancel my cards. Best around.”

8/23/24 I just rented ANOTHER storage unit at Life Storage. I came back because of the excellent service at this facility. It was great to see that Gretchen was still there. When I visit a business with high turnover and see a new face every week, I lose respect for that business because they must not be paying enough to make it worth it. I hope Gretchen is well-compensated for what she does. She deserves it!”
“I just want to take time out to say how amazing the staff are at this location on Erie Blvd, I came in recently to start a new contract and my mind was all over the place because I had lost my debit cards in a house fire and the only card I had was prepaid, they explained I could put down the cash and add my new card later I went and got the money and came back paid my fees and got my storage (I don’t remember both their names but I will update later I believe it was Brittany and Michelle) Michelle asked you had a fire and I said yes but we’re overwhelmed with donations so I need a storage and she says well I have some things if you want them and she showed me everything available to us I literally was speechless I couldn’t even cry so overwhelmed with joy they are both angels and a great power team when it come to work, Brittany definitely left her mark by putting a smile on my face and asking “What dessert could you eat forever?” And I replied, “Lemon Pound cake” it was a moment of normality just a regular conversation these ladies are awesome went above and beyond and literally every question was answered and every problem solved when I walked out of there I definitely felt a little bit better. God Bless them truly!”

“So far so good. Needed to store items from a basement so new flooring can be installed. Even though storage unit is on 3rd floor, I had easy access via rolling cart and elevators. Clean and well-lit during daylight hours. Kent was available to explain the process and answer the questions I had.”
“Overall, moving from Syracuse, NY to Boston, MA with Delaney Moving & Storage (through United Van Lines) was a positive experience. We were under a pretty tight time crunch due to a job offer with an early start date, and Delaney was quick and courteous to help us with our move. Art did a virtual appraisal/inventory with us, and was kind and warm on the call. He returned quotes with various dates and services at our request, allowing us to chose the package that would work best for us. Cheryl was warm and extremely responsive throughout the process. Our new apartment complex had some very strict rules regarding delivery, which made orchestrating the delivery of our items a bit difficult, but David in Dispatch was extremely helpful.
On the morning of packing up, the movers arrived ahead of schedule, and quickly and efficiently packed up our belongings. They were friendly, and also great with our rescue dog who can be a bit wary of strangers.
Delaney was able to move and deliver our things to Boston the very next morning! We were not there to personally oversee the delivery (my spouse's parents were there to receive our things while we drove to Boston) but according to them, the process was smooth and professional. Some of our items sustained minor cosmetic damage (eg. some cheap plywood furniture is now missing a corner, and some of the items got a bit scuffed) but nothing too terrible.
Delaney/United Van Lines would definitely get our business again in the future: they made a very stressful situation a lot smoother and pleasant than it would have been otherwise, and provided a good professional service.”
“I made my reservation on line, but chose to complete it in person. Ashley was amazing!! She explained everything I needed to know (sometimes twice) and addressed all my concerns. The office is immaculate as was the unit and the grounds are clean. Ashley was very helpful in moving day and after. She even called me when I left the unit unlocked. Ashley is a joy to work with. “Michelle was great to work with! We rented for a little over 2 years while building our new house. We had 2 units, 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. Both stayed dry, without pests or any other issues. We had a billing issue that Michelle was able to solve quickly and her auto payment system was great. When we were able to consolidate down to 1 unit that wasn't an issue either; can't say enough good things about our experience. Although we are leaving the state, if we ever needed a unit in the future we would certainly use her again and will certainly recommend to anyone!”
“The whole place is layed out nicely, with plenty of space to park your camper etc.. Every thing is clean , and it was very easy to back into any spot . I also noticed that they have surveillance cameras around the facility and that was comforting. The Staff on the phone was also very friendly and professional Great Customer Service.”

In addition, I was able to set up automatic payments monthly and once there was a problem with my credit card, and they were kind and friendly when they reached out to let me know. The apartment I was moving from the landlord was, to say the least, particular and protective of the building. Asked the guys to consider that and they didn’t leave not one mark or scratch on the wall. And the couch they moved was HEAVY and awkward. They were half the price of all the others I priced. They wasted no time with the move. (They charged per hour) I would recommend them and use them again in the future.”
