“when i needed a last minute rental for the weekend most rental spots were unavailable or wanted ridiculous rates for the few cars they had left. enterprise was able to get me their last car 30 minutes after i called, at a normal price. george really hooked it up, this will be my first stop for my next rental.”

“The staff at the LIC Avis location is great. I've rented from this location quite a lot. Because this is a smaller location inside of a parking garage, they have a small inventory of cars and you are almost guaranteed to not get the class of car you booked on public holidays.
Still the desk staff does a great job of getting you something reasonable.
I haven't had issues with returns here as I've had at other locations.
If you're flexible about which class of car you get, this location is great. If not, you're better off going to one of the airport locations.”

“There was a little issue during the end of my rental with the rate. But after talking to George, and fixing the issue I was more than satisfied with the experience and would rent again from this location.
The car was clean, a few bumps (as expected given I rented a pick up truck) and a fairly recent model.”
