“I used to hate going to this post office and so I went to neighboring smaller locations. Over the past few years it’s become a pleasure. I’m there pretty often and everyone who works there is very nice and efficient. The lines are long on Saturdays so I try to avoid that. They’ve stepped up their team or training.”

“This review is long overdue. We used Number 1 Auto Transport to transport 2 cars from NJ to FL about 18 mos ago, and they were excellent. We called a handful of companies, and most inspired zero confidence - they were either slick salespeople or downright shady. I never spoke to the same person twice. Number 1, on the other hand, really was #1! Brian was terrific - he was straightforward and always accessible, explaining everything clearly so there were no surprises. He addressed all of our concerns without any doubletalk and communication was excellent every step of the way. We really appreciated him/his team being able to accommodate us during a very busy season with very short notice. Managing an out-of-state move can be very stressful but Brian made sure our car transport was seamless!”

The lady that was a bad clerk years ago is no longer there because her husband left her and went back to Korea by himself and then she retired. The staff now is very nice and accommodating. I’ve seen many employees even retire at this place through the years , that’s how long I’ve been coming here.I have nothing but good things to say.it’s also a safe place to get my eBay packages delivered. Too many porch pirates ( thieves) in the building I currently reside in .”

The experience At staples was the complete opposite, I unfortunately did not get the woman’s name but she was so kind and very helpful. The next day, I arrived with my son to apply for his passport, and Jazmin is such a kind person. She helped me with everything and was so patient when taking my son's photo. “I accidentally returned an Amazon item here using the wrong QR code. 10 minutes later, I went back and told them and the lady at the register went to the back room for 5 minutes and found my package that I had originally brought. I was very impressed with the dedication she took to find it. She came out with the package and scanned the correct QR code I had and I was correctly issued my refund. I really appreciate how helpful and nice she was as this was top tier customer service.”

“Mr. Craig is excellent! He helped carry my packages in from the car, boxed and taped everything up with care. My mom(who’s known him for at least 10 years) has also sent me several packages using Mr. Craig and everything always came how it left the store. He is very honest and does not cheat the customer. When I am back home I will never use the Post Office or UPS again to ship. I will say he does not have a barcode scanner, you have to come with a label or a label on the package.”
“If you have to ship anything, this is the place to go. The gentleman at the counter is great. He does not try to scam you by charging you for boxes, tapes or labels. I went to a real Fed-Ex store and that wanted to charge me $6 for a small box and force me to buy tape. At this place, everything is offered at $0. I would give this business a 10 star if I could have. Everyone is trying to make a extra buck but the staff at this location, helps you save that buck. The best for last, you will never be rushed. You got questions, they will always have the answers.”
