Went here to laminate a couple of things for my business. I believe the kind lady's name is KEAN (Key-Ann) in the printing department. Extremely helpful, super professional. She knows what she's doing! I hope she's valued in her workplace, if not, I'd hire her!

This year I have been using this branch for all my copies, and files downloads. I have received a great and friendly service since I moved back to NYC. Sometimes, yes, I wait for my turn because once they take you, they take you all the way til you get done with your business! ???
