“After 4 of almost 5 months in physical rehab, I knew I'd be in need of a fully electric hospital bed when I returned home. Spoke to Debbie over the phone and she was able to hook me up with short notice. They delivered the bed same day I returned home. Emerick the delivery guy was very nice. He even put my skis on the bottom of my walker for me. The whole experience was nothing less than 10 stars. Definitely recommend.”

“The pharmacy staff members were extremely helpful when I was trying to get a new prescription filled. I am new to the area and one part of my medicine was sent to a pharmacy 30 minutes away, in an unfamiliar city, and the other part to yet a different pharmacy! The folks at this location, 125 S. Transit Street in Lockport, offered to get everything for me at the one location and did so quickly, while I waited. The pharmacist then explained and demonstrated the use of my new medication and didn't hurry me along. All of the pharmacy staff helped me in some way, making me feel and know they cared. I didn't know what pharmacy I was going to use but now, I have no doubt. I'll be using the Rite Aid Pharmacy located at 125 S. Transit Road in Lockport!”

“I’ve had it with Rite Aid at 459. Constantly messing up or taking DAYS to fill scripts. I decided I’ve had enough and needed to find a néw pharmacy. I found Lockport Family Pharmacy and oh my goodness. The customer service is UNBELIEVABLE!!! Julie jumped hoops to get my scripts from a place “pharmacy” that doesn’t answer their phone!! I will NEVER switch. The customer service is unbeatable. I would HIGHLY recommend.!!”

From their shelf stockers to the cashiers, and pharmacists to the managers, this place is all about customer service. It makes the trip up to Lockport worth it even though I probably pass half dozen Walgreens to get to this one.”

“Your standard pharmacy with convenience items. Some items are overpriced, but that's to be expected of a pharmacy. Other items, however, are cheaper than you may find elsewhere. I usually pick up water flavor packets, which are cheaper here than anywhere else in Lockport.The staff is helpful and polite, and the store is always well-kept and tidy. Never had to wait long for any vaccines, either.”

“I have used Walmart Pharmacy for many years. Always helpful. I fill prescriptions and have had some of my flu/shingles vaccines there. Some store items have run out on shelves during the past year but I think that's the case everywhere these days.”

“The red headed pharmacist was on maternity leave from December to May apparently, I am so happy she is back, ask for her whenever you have a problem she always know what to do. And I love their text and automatic refills so convenient! I love that I can pay and sign for my husbands scripts before coming to the pharmacy using the text link it makes it so much faster in and out and I always know what’s ready and the cost - so nice!”

They have stayed past closing time just to make sure we were able to pick up our prescriptions, contacted insurance companies to resolve issues, and even delivered to our home for free when we were in a bind.
