“The pharmacy staff members were extremely helpful when I was trying to get a new prescription filled. I am new to the area and one part of my medicine was sent to a pharmacy 30 minutes away, in an unfamiliar city, and the other part to yet a different pharmacy! The folks at this location, 125 S. Transit Street in Lockport, offered to get everything for me at the one location and did so quickly, while I waited. The pharmacist then explained and demonstrated the use of my new medication and didn't hurry me along. All of the pharmacy staff helped me in some way, making me feel and know they cared. I didn't know what pharmacy I was going to use but now, I have no doubt. I'll be using the Rite Aid Pharmacy located at 125 S. Transit Road in Lockport!”

“I have never had a bad experience at this Crosby's. Every time I've ordered food, it has been very good. If you order food in person and do not wait at the location, they will take down your phone number and call you when your food is done. I've ordered subs, pizza, and wings. Never had any issues.The price of the pizza specials are better than any pizza place I have been to recently. Are their prices expensive on certain everyday items? Yes. It is a convenience store/gas station. It is open when other stores are not due to the fact that it is a gas station which is one of the reasons why some of the prices are high. They make money off of people purchasing things last minute or on impulse while paying for gasoline.However, they have a rewards card that saves you 10 cents per gallon on the first 3 fill ups, saves money on coffee and other items, gives you rewards points towards future purchases, and will email you tickets to peel to reveal bonus rewards. All you have to do is pick up a rewards card in the store and register it online. So simple.The rewards of shopping at this store/getting gasoline are very beneficial.I don't feel as if the store should be given negative reviews based on 1 or 2 bad workers. If customers have been treated badly, such behavior should be reported to management of the establishment so they can deal with these workers individually. If problems are not reported to management, how do they get resolved? Everyone is so quick to condemn the establishment and leave terrible reviews instead of contacting management and allowing them to remedy the situation.”

“Your standard pharmacy with convenience items. Some items are overpriced, but that's to be expected of a pharmacy. Other items, however, are cheaper than you may find elsewhere. I usually pick up water flavor packets, which are cheaper here than anywhere else in Lockport.The staff is helpful and polite, and the store is always well-kept and tidy. Never had to wait long for any vaccines, either.”

“The products at all Walgreens is pretty much the same. What makes this Lockport store Particularly special is the customer service. From their shelf stockers to the cashiers, and pharmacists to the managers, this place is all about customer service. It makes the trip up to Lockport worth it even though I probably pass half dozen Walgreens to get to this one.”

Two all prices are displayed with out you having to look for them . Three the staff is always professional and friendly . The new remodel is incredible and really good upgrade . “The red headed pharmacist was on maternity leave from December to May apparently, I am so happy she is back, ask for her whenever you have a problem she always know what to do. And I love their text and automatic refills so convenient! I love that I can pay and sign for my husbands scripts before coming to the pharmacy using the text link it makes it so much faster in and out and I always know what’s ready and the cost - so nice!”
