With my bank statement in hand, Jacob spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to convince HQ that the double-charge was showing only on my statement. He did not push me off, and I thank him and the entire team, for their diligence and effort.”

“Doug, who helped me in-store, is the only reason I am keeping AT&T as a service. Every part of the online/over the phone ordering and customer service has been absolutely horrendous and I will never use them again. In a handful of minutes, Doug managed to resolve my problem that your call center "experts" couldn't figure out in a week and a half. Give that man a raise, and get more call centers in the U.S.”

The staff took time explaining things and helping people ahead of me so I knew I would get the same treatment. Haley was excellent and helped get everything set up, even with a glitch with the sim card. No worries. Have had nothing but good experiences going into Spectrum.”
