I am so thrilled with my new iPhone 15. I ended up getting such a great deal on it, and it was all because of her, I love my case that we both kind of picked together as well as my pop socket and I really couldn't be more happy with the service that I received at this location. “I went into Cricket expecting to get a cheaper phone as my phone screen had broke. Natasha convinced me Apple was the way to go as I rely heavily on a decent camera. She helped me through signing up for a payment plan, and stayed later than close time to make sure I was all set to go and knew what I was doing. 10/10 experience today!”

There isn't a lot of product in the store but I'll take a knowledgeable, helpful staff member over having product any day!! I can always order what isn't available in store, online but dealing with an overseas speaking representative is not 30 mins of my life I want to experience ?”

“I must give the highest praise, kudos, and thanks to Jacob M. who above and beyond for me. T-Mobile had double-charged me, but the second charge was not showing up on their end. With my bank statement in hand, Jacob spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to convince HQ that the double-charge was showing only on my statement. He did not push me off, and I thank him and the entire team, for their diligence and effort.”

“Doug, who helped me in-store, is the only reason I am keeping AT&T as a service. Every part of the online/over the phone ordering and customer service has been absolutely horrendous and I will never use them again. In a handful of minutes, Doug managed to resolve my problem that your call center "experts" couldn't figure out in a week and a half. Give that man a raise, and get more call centers in the U.S.”

“Bought a new phone and took it in to switch over. I had to wait a bit but there were a few people ahead of me. The staff took time explaining things and helping people ahead of me so I knew I would get the same treatment. Haley was excellent and helped get everything set up, even with a glitch with the sim card. No worries. Have had nothing but good experiences going into Spectrum.”
