“On 4-17-23 I stopped by this Verizon location to inquire about a screen replacement on my phone. The Asurion Expert person arrived later in the evening and surprisingly brought a brand new device to my home. He was friendly but definitely not helpful, and told me that that I needed to go to Verizon since he had two failed attempts with dialing out with the new device. This resulted with me having two separate devices with neither one of them working. It's necessary for me to have a device to clock in and out with my job.I went to Verizon the next day and Dan was perplexed about my issue. He figured out the issue and apologized for the previous person's actions. I told him that it wasn't his fault. I recommend this Verizon location for favorable assistance.”
“Went I'm today and was greeted by Greg. I was immediately surprised by the caring nature and service from both Greg and the rest of the staff. My phone was stolen and then recovered with a shattered screen and other minor damages. Greg helped me out very well and I would recommend this location. In my hometown our Verizon isn't the best so I didn't have great expectations. Definitely would recommend this location and Greg!”

“Amazing experience with Brooke C. I was traveling on the road for the Christmas holiday and had an issue with transferring a phone line. I was unable to get the problem resolved over the phone so I decided to stop in to a store along my route. From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted promptly with a smile and Brooke patiently listened to my situation. We sat down and she proceeded to both make some phone calls and work online to resolve the problem for me. I cannot be happier with the fact she addressed the problem and resolved it! My experience today is that most people would rather pass the problem down the line and not take accountability. Brooke on that busy Christmas shopping Saturday was certainly the exception.
