Yoga Bhoga is a cozy studio located in the Little Lakes region of NY. We offer classes 4 days of the week in Hemlock just a short distance from Hemlock and Canadice lakes. Visitors to the area can stop in for a class before or after hiking or paddling the beautiful Finger Lakes. Locals come enjoy weekly classes that inspire and support your yoga practice.
