I LOVE Shakti Yoga! I took classes here weekly while in college and now again via zoom. Jackie and Angela are both so knowledgable about yoga, Ayurveda and alignment. I learn something new each and every class I take. I would recommend Shakti to anyone looking to start or further their yoga journey!

About Shakti Yoga
We offer a wide array of classes, from gentle and chair to beginner, mixed-level, intermediate, teacher trainings, workshops and retreats. Our intention is to welcome everyone and to allow everyone to feel safe in our sacred and inclusive space. We have been studying and teaching yoga for 4 decades now and love every moment! Join us for a private class or restorative and meditation workshop, for pilates, or dance or one of our special focus series like "Growing Community with Heart!" Come visit when our special guests are here for Yoga and BodyMind Ballwork and Yoga Anatomy. We'd love to welcome you to our fall retreat in the beauty of nature while studying yoga philosophy.
