“My wife and I just recently moved here and the move in process was simple and easy. The cable and internet was all set up when we moved in. We were not required to contact Spectrum to set up an account or obtain any of the equipment which was very convenient for us. The area is quiet and the apartment is spacious. Also, the neighborhood is only a 10-15 minute drive from shopping and restaurants.”

“They have been wonderful since day 1. They made my move in process very fast and easy so I could start my new job. I would definitely recommend moving here it is a wonderful place to live. The balconies are even large enough for a small potted garden.They helped immediately with problems with my washer not working properly. Thank you so much for the fast replacement of my washer. It turned out to be a much larger job than anticipated and y’all were great! This is the best place I have ever lived. Jesse and Katie are wonderful. Thank you for hiring quality people to manage the property.”
