Excellent property maintenance and mgt/tenant relations. Tenants can enjoy picnic tables generously placed throughout the complex. The grounds are beautifully maintained.

Office manager pressures you to come sign a lease two days before the move-in day and then tells you the next day you can't move in. Very unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone.

Lived here for a year. It's a nice, quiet complex with good management and maintenance. It's convenient to the supermarket, drug store, post office and local bank. Would have renewed if not for the fact that I moved out of state. Would recommend to friends.
